Millennium Restaurant Group was formed by a group of restaurateurs from the Kalamazoo, Michigan area. The managing partners pooled as many resources, talent, and experienced personnel as possible to collaborate and enhance each unique and individual restaurant of Martell's, Epic Bistro, Central City Tap House, The Union Cabaret and Grille, Fieldstone Grill, The Wine Loft, Cityscape Events, The Idler Riverboat, and Millennium Catering.

The integrity of each Millennium Restaurant location stands alone, with its own concept, menu, identity and reputation. Each is a complete-service dining environment, with a full bar and creative kitchen. With the diversity of the locations in mind, Millennium Restaurant Group has created a company that stands alone in quality and careful attention to every detail.
